Jobinder is a recruitment platform built specifically for skilled trades — plumbers, electricians, welders, carpenters, HVAC technicians, the people who actually build the country. Workers and companies create profiles, declare a monthly salary number upfront, and swipe through the other side. A right-swipe from both sides opens a chat. There is no ranking algorithm, no pay-to-be-seen, no salary information hidden until the third interview. The product is free for workers forever; companies pay a subscription. Launched in the Netherlands in June 2026, founded by Cláudio Esteves (Portugal-based, with roots in trades and small business).

1. Salary upfront from both sides.Workers declare what they want to earn. Companies declare what they pay. Neither side wastes weeks discovering the other's number at the end of an interview pipeline.
2. No opaque ranking.The feed is ordered chronologically and filtered only by trade and city. There is no “desirability score,” no boosted profiles, no pay-to-be-seen mechanic.
3. Free for workers forever. No paywall on signup, swipe, match, or chat. Tradespeople never pay to find a job on Jobinder. Companies pay a subscription.

• We're not a recruitment agency. We don't place workers, negotiate salaries, or take a cut. We connect the two sides; the rest is between them.
• We're not a staffing platform like Wonolo, Swipejobs, or Helpling. Those are gig / day-rate. Jobinder is for permanent roles.
• We're not a dating app analogue beyond the swipe mechanic. No location-based matching, no friend connections, no profile boosts for verified users.
• We're not VC-backed at launch. Bootstrapped, with profitable sister businesses (Marclant Group) providing runway.

Cláudio Esteves runs Marclant Group in Portugal (accounting, insurance, real estate, energy — established 1978). He's built multiple small businesses in marketing and software, and Jobinder is his fourth product in the digital space — built specifically for the gap in skilled-trade recruitment he'd watched friends and family fall through in the Netherlands.
